Sharon English Obituary

The world bids farewell to Sharon English (Peterborough, Ontario), departing on November 11, 2025 at the age of 74. Sharon leaves behind memories cherished by the community. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry English and Lillian (Lynch); and her siblings, Bernard (Helen) and Catherine Gibson (late Jim). She is survived by: her siblings, Anne Coughlin (late Gerry), Frank (Mary), Leon (late Julie), Lynda and Ron (Italia).

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J1C5). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul's Church.

In her memory, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
