She was predeceased by : her husband William "John" Webster; her parents, Kenneth Petrie and Ruby Petrie; and her siblings, Nancy Whitnell and Arthur Petrie.

She is survived by : her children, Arthur (Danette), Lynne Lewis (Max Bannon), Sandra Carey (Bob Gandy) and Philip (Marilynn); her grandchildren, Leah, Nevin (Kayla), Joel, Kelly Cherry (Brad), Jaclyn Dingwall (Ben), Mike Carey, Christina Nilsson (David), Danielle Winterburn (Craig), Brandon (Savannah), Connor and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Everleigh, Greyson, Brooklyn, Blakely, Lennon, Riley, Lauren, Vox, Etienne and Jack; and her brother Bill Petrie.

In memory of Sheila, if desired, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.

Susan Crane wrote a sympathy message

“Sheila was a very strong woman. A family oriented lady who worked hard on the farm homestead (with John) as well as in her nursing career. We had lots of dinners and lots of great fun time spent with all the cousins. I am at peace now knowing that she has been reunited with John and her happily ever after life has now begun. God's blessings to you Sheila, my friend, as well as my aunt through marriage. I will miss you”
