She was predeceased by: her husband David Bolton. She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Chandra), John (Constance), Tammy Scott (Rob), Patricia Mondry (Captain Michael), Michelle and Sarah Jackson (Chad); her grandchildren, Clayton, D. J., Jeffrey, Thomas, James, Cheyanne, Melissa, Tesla, Elizabeth, Brock and Gabriel; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Alex, Maverick and Watson. She is also survived by her siblings, nieces and nephews, cousins.
