She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret "Peggy" and Thomas DeForge; her parent-in-law Teresa McKeiver; and also, Michelle Iliffe (Don), Marielle Collins (Mike) and Dan Mills.
She is survived by: her spouse Don; her children, Morgan (Josh Brundle) and Leah; her siblings, Deb Mills, John DeForge, Dan DeForge (Lynn), Louise DeForge, Pete DeForge, Ramona Bauman (Wayne) and Rosemarie DeForge (Gord Evans); her friend Krista Diclemente (Walter); her parent-in-law George McKeiver (Betty Gaylord); her siblings-in-law, Margi Moloney (Clare), Mike McKeiver (Ethel), Tom McKeiver (Mary), Pete McKeiver (Kate), Anne Malone (Tom Peckham), Cathy McKeiver, Rita Sullivan (Al) and Jack McKeiver; and also Jeanne Keaney. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Simone's name to the PRHC Palliative Care Unit or Hospice Peterborough.
