He was predeceased by: his sister Sandra Williams (Bob); his parents, Ed Bickell and Dorothy Bickell; and his brother-in-law John (Kim). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane (McWilliams); his daughters, Susanne Williams (Mark) and Katie Militaru-Bickell (Angel); his grandchildren, Zachary, Carter, Preston, Sofia and Anika; his sister Sally Lewis (Tom); and his brothers-in-law, Dan (Ginny), Jim, Mike (Charmaine) and Peter (Vicki). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, in memory of Ted, donations to Community Care Lakefield, The PRHC Foundation –Emergency and Urgent Care- or The Salvation Army, would be appreciated by the family.
