It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma A McKenzie (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Mackenzie and Annie Hannah Mackenzie; and her siblings, Albert (Buster), Wilburn Mackenzie (Joan), Alec Mackenzie and Margaret McAdam (John).

She is survived by: her siblings, Frances Hunter, Laura MacDougall, Mayme MacSween, Kay Sanford, Mary Walsh (Alfred), Harold Mackenzie (Theresa), Donald Mackenzie (Dorothy) and Bob Mackenzie (Jackie); her children, Vincent Bowe (Marg), Deborah Routly (late Robin) and Jocelyn Dodson (Mark); her grandchildren, Melissa Bowe Johnson (Jeff), Daniel Bowe (Alannah Ferguson), Hannah Routly, Molly Dodson and Tommy Dodson; and her great grandchildren, Lily Johnson, Easton Bowe and Izabella Bowe.

Thelma wished for memorial donations to the Peterborough Humane Society for the new Peterborough Animal Care Centre.
