He is survived by: his children, Shelley Berthelot (Paul) of Peterborough, Susan Keats of Ottawa and Tom (Lori) of Peterborough; his grandchildren, Paul, Laura, Sarah, Katie, Jerad, Emma, Bradley and Nicole; his siblings, Peggy Moodie (Kenn), Pat Johnston (Mary) and Rob Johnston; his siblings-in-law, George Dack (Margaret), Lil Guerin (late Paul) and Larry Dack; his significant other Marie Andrew; and his stepmother Madeline Johnston.
In memory of Tom, donations to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
