He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon McCulloch and Ruby Dunham; his siblings, Joan Hudson (Ernie), Bill McCulloch, Bob McCulloch (Elaine) and Jane Nelson; and his sister-in-law Janice Oosting.
He is survived by: his spouse Dale Pettey (Johnston); and his stepchildren, Christina Pettey, Papa Slug and Austin Pettey.
