He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mulhall and Ida Mulhall; and his siblings, Dora Mickiewicz (Bronislaw) and John. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Sheilagh Breskey (Jeffrey), Mary, John (Susan), Michael and Henry (Cara); his grandchildren, Michael, Patrick and Catherine; and his sister Vivian McDonough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
