He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas and Georgina "Muriel". He is survived by: his children, Laurie Kalleberg (Lance), Todd DeCarlo (Candace O'Keefe) and Tricia Donald (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Daniel (Aimee), Ashley, Jacqueline, Matthew, Charlie, Thomas and Joseph. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
