He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Churchill Speck; and his daughter-in-law Hilkka (Scott). He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Speck (Debbie), Scott (Cindy) and Paul (Mary); his grandchildren, Tyler, Tara, Shannon, Matthew (Caterina), Michael, Tiina (Jim), Andy and Liisa; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Rylee, Sammy, Markus, Evan, Zack, Izzy, Dylan, Alicya, Olivia and Julia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A reception was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre (356 Rubidge St, Peterborough, ON K9H4C7).
In honour of Wally, donations to the PRHC Foundation would be greatly appreciated by his family.
