He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia Cowley; his son Reid Cowley; his grandchildren, Brittney Cowley and Tisha Golloher; his brother Don; and his parents, Wyndam Cowley and Bernice Cowley. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
