Wayne leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Wayne’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Wayne will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his son Brian; his sibling Scottie; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl. He is survived by: his children, Bernie Downer (Jodi), Robert (Charlene), Shelly Brodie and Dan (Nicole); and his sisters, Joan Paul and Jennifer Toms (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
