He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Lowell and Clifford Lowell; and his siblings, Gary, John and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Julie (Craig), Amy (Shayne) and Jim (Krista); his brother Dale; his siblings-in-law, Eric and Dawne Recalla; and his nephews, Trevor and Scott (Hailey).
