He is survived by: his sons, Billy and Evan; his wife Lisa; his siblings, Jim (Darin), Mary Sherk (Dave Brown), Helen, John Hamelscamp and Don (Sara); and his parents-in-law, Dorothy (Jerry) and Wayne Wall (Bev). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
