He was predeceased by: his spouse Iva Bernard; his sibling Ken (May); and his parents, Eldon Barker and Evelyn Barker. He is survived by: his child Robert; his stepchildren, Bonnie Bernard (Rod Brant), Shirley McMullen and Betty Bowen (Ron Laughren); and his siblings, Gord (Pat), Betty Henning (Don), Fred (late Judy), Clarence (Pat), Ralph (Bev), Doug and Shirley Jarvis (Wayne). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
