He was predeceased by: his sister Christine Shortreed; and his parents, Bill Shortreed and Ruth Graham. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his sons, Joe (Amanda), Jeff and David; his grandchildren, Erik, Audrey, Jack, Kaidan, Max and Madison; and his sisters, Janice Kaftan, Heidi and Lori Shortreed. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
