She was predeceased by : her husband Clarence. She is survived by : her children, David (Sally) and Jane (Dick); and her grandchildren, Adrian (Crystal), Geoff (Kate), Philip (Amy), Theresa, Christine, Sarah, Naomi and Jennifer. She is also survived by her many great grandchildren.

“I just learned of Madeline’s ‘going home to her Lord Jesus’ and heaven—yes there is a heaven and she is whole and rejoicing now! It was hard to see her going downhill these years but she always smiled when I was with her! In spite of her deafness! She has brought over 30 years of joy into my and my parents’ lives…My husband and I got to honour her body going out on Sunday as we went to visit my parents—love from Becky Woolvett”
