It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Colter (Petrolia, Ontario), who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Roberta; his parents, Robert James Colter and Annie Dinah (Stonehouse); his sisters, Rundle (Garnet), Louise Hall (Willard), Mary Clark (Wally), Hazel Lambert (Homer) and Irene Vargo (John); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Butler (Arnold), Isabel Nelson (Ron) and Robert Burns (Kay). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to St. Paul's United Church, Petrolia, C.E.E. Hospital Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
