She was predeceased by: her parents, Len Smith and Kay Smith. She is survived by: her husband Theophilus van den Heuvel (Phil); her siblings, Lynn (Gary), Randy (Donna) and Kelly (Will); and her nieces and nephews, Christine, Zaira, Jason and Mark.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jack & Thompson Funeral Home (318 Main St E, Shelburne, ON L0N1S2).
