He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt and Elsbeth. He is survived by: his son TJ (Dani); his brother Wally (Candy); his nephews, Eric, Kyle and Mark; and his extended family Tara (Ken). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and the van Delft family.
