He was predeceased by : his daughter Jane Scholte; his granddaughter Lisa Salts-Nickels; and his brothers, Jacob, Willem, Welmer, Harm and Jan Hendrick.
He is survived by : his wife Frances; his children, Ann, Larry Salts, Cheska, Rick Duncan, Harry, Joan Ravenhorst, Carolyn, Mike Mahar, John, Nancy Ravenhorst and Jodie Ravenhorst; and his sister Greetje. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
