Lynda Morningstar Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynda Morningstar of Petrolia, Ontario, who passed away on December 30, 2025 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lynda Morningstar to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jeff; her sons, Adam and Alex; her grandson Hudson; her parents, Gordon Scott and Doris Scott; and her brothers, Charles and Larry.
She is survived by: her sons, James (Ashley Jeffery), Eric (Tish Horner) and Shane (Sheldon); her grandchildren, Peyton, Chase, Hannah, Amelia and Aleshia; her sister Marybelle MacFarlane (Wayne); and her caregiver E. E. Hospital. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, Inc. (4059 Petrolia Line, Petrolia, ON N0N1R0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Bluewater Health Foundation for the Dialysis Unit.
