With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melvin Jensen of Petrolia, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 30, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his parents, Martin Jensen and Sigrid Jensen; and his brothers, Ove, Tom, John, Ernie, Eric and George Jensen.
He is survived by: his son Larry; and his brother Hank Jensen.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home (4059 Petrolia Line, Petrolia, ON N0N1R0).
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Petrolia.
