She was predeceased by: her spouse Eugene Holbrook; and her child Gary Holbrook. She is survived by: her children, Terry Holbrook (Denise) and Jim Holbrook (Shelley); her grandchildren, Scott Holbrook (Sharon), Nick Holbrook (Meghan), Kim White (Nick), Dale Holbrook (Tanya), Pat Holbrook, Jacob Holbrook, Heather Holbrook and Laura McPhail (Jason); and her sister-in-law Eva Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
