She was predeceased by : her brother Frank Luschak. She is survived by : her husband John Gudz; her parents, Anton Luschak and Mary Luschak; her children, Ed Gudz (late Sandra) and Darlene "Doll" Mathews (Dale); her grandchildren, Nanee, Nana, Jonathan Gudz (Yuka), Garret Gudz (Joanne Graham), Kimberly Heaton (Marshall), Kelly Mathews and Amanda Pieraldi; her great grandchildren, Shogo, Kento, Henry, Micah and Camilo; and her siblings, Anne Bunzeluk and Joe Lucas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
