She is survived by : her husband Brent Smith; her children, Jonah Mantel, Hannah Mantel, Daniel Mantel (Rachel), Michael Mantel, Jeff Smith (Lauren) and Emily Gallinger (Kyle); her grandchildren, Kevin and Charlie; her parents, Case Dieleman and Betsy Dieleman; her siblings, Crystal Dieleman, Joshua Dieleman (Sara), Joh Dieleman and Jessica Dieleman; her nieces, Carman Grass and Esme Dieleman; and her nephew Zachary Grass.
