As Willilam departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Willilam may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Willilam leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Brown; his siblings, Murray (Betty Brown), David Brown, Dan Brown and Bonnie (Grant Gatecliff); and his in-laws, Wayne, Dona Hyatt, Mike and Kim Hyatt.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made by cheque at the funeral home in Billy's memory to Petrolia Minor Hockey, an organization close to his heart.
