Franca Koitses Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Franca Koitses (Pickering, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Franca had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Franca may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her father Emilio Cappuccitti. She is survived by: her mother Anna Cascone; her husband Peter Koitses; her children, Sierra and Nick; and her brother Mike.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, ON L1T2Z7). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Isaac Jogues Roman Catholic Church (1148 Finch Ave, Pickering, ON L1V1J6). A burial was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM at the Duffin Meadows Cemetery (2505 Brock Rd N, Pickering, ON L1X0K3).
