Janice Margaret Hughes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2026, Janice Margaret Hughes in Pickering, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Pete; her siblings, Dawn and Gerald; and her parents, Stan Ward and Margaret Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Peter and Valerie Elam (Joe); her daughter-in-law Zelda; her sister Judy; her cousin Elinor; and her grandchildren, Peter (Alison), Parker, Brandy and Joseph. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McIntosh-Anderson-Kellam Funeral Home (152 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
