He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin and Agnes; and his siblings, Kay (John), Florence (Dale), Loretta (Andrew), Len (Nancy), Miles and Clarence.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, David, Stephen (Lisa) and Susan Roides (George); his grandchildren, Anna, Erin, Alex, Abby and Andrew; and his siblings, Fergus (Betty), Justin (Hilda) and Ellen (Bernie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law and friends.
A private funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society in memory of Joseph would be appreciated by the family.
