He is survived by: his former wife Louise Liberty; his daughter Laura (Etienne); his sister Linda Nightingale; his brother-in-law Ross Nightingale; his nieces and nephews, Lisa Nightingale and Brendon Nightingale (Amber); and his friend Lynne Jameson.
