He was predeceased by: his parents, John Liberty and Velma Liberty. He is survived by: his former wife Louise Liberty; his daughter Laura (Etienne); his sister Linda Nightingale; his brother-in-law Ross Nightingale; his sibling's children, Lisa Nightingale and Brendon Nightingale (Amber); and his friend Lynne Jameson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bayfair Baptist Church (817 Kingston Rd, Pickering, ON L1V1A9). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
