He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Istead; his daughters, Barbara (Brian), Christine (Rodney) and Amanda (Chris); his father Roland Istead; and his siblings, Mark, Gayle, Karen, Sandra, Wayne, Peter, Valerie and Gary. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
