He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hart and Clara Belle Hart; his spouse Shirley; and his siblings, Roland, Ronald and Betty Havens.

He is survived by: his children, Kim Parks (Scott) of Kingston and Steven Hart of Kingston; his grandchildren, Jay, Matthew, Logan and Karina; and his sibling's children, Kevin and Rosemarie.
