He was predeceased by: his parents, John Webb and Winnifred Webb; his wife Sherrie Code; and his siblings, Edgar Brewer and Sharon Brewer.
He is survived by: his children, Nanette Young (Tom) of Trenton, Mel Webb Jr. of Belleville, Stephanie Webb (Denis) of Sudbury and Keira Code of Picton; and his brother Alden Webb (Evaneline) of New Brunswick.
