He is survived by: his wife Mari; his children, Janine (Travis), Karin (Jason), Hayley (Nick), Shaun, Josh (Kelly), Jamie, Sean (Brenda) and Karl; his grandchildren, Audrey, Hannah, Nettie, Darin (Victoria), Nik (Diana), Riley, Kalen, Amanda, Anthony and Annie; and his sisters, Lynda and Katherine (Fred).
