She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Woodbeck and Max Woodbeck; her husband Jack Gurney; her siblings, Lois Bromley and Earl Woodbeck (Joyce); her nephew Keith Woodbeck; and her niece Shelley Bodnar.

She is survived by: her children, Glenda Law, Jack (Terri), David and Karen Covello (Bill); her grandchildren, Jessica Venasky (Colin), Adrienne Law (Dave Hladky), Carli Gurney (Ardy Barghi), Alexa Harris (Kegan), Danielle Covello, Nicole Covello (Anthony Menei), Connor Covello (Stephanie) and Stephanie Covello (Alex Bachynski); her siblings-in-law, Carolyn and Fred Wilkins; her friend Ken House; and her children-in-law, Lori and Bob Law. She is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews and cousins.
