He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jean Middlebrook; his daughters, Donna Brown and Laurie Ruttle (David); his grandchildren, Emily Ruttle and Arden Ruttle; his parents, Roy Brown and Almeda Brown; and his siblings, Mary and Daniel.
During COVID-19, visitations are conducted on a schedule and by appointment only.
