He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his children, Michael, Tiffany (Mark), David, Robyn (Maddy) and Ross (Ella); his siblings, Kevin (Santa) and Catherine; and his grandchildren, Audrey, Alaska, Korbyn, Stella, Axel and Huntley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
