He was predeceased by: his spouse Inez. He is survived by: his children, John (Mary) and Annito (Ellen); his sister-in-law Rose D'Onofrio; and also, Justin (Eva), Matthew (Dianna), Corey (Sarah), Jesse and Sarah. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
