She was predeceased by: her husband Jim MacKenzie; her parents, Tobias Forestell and Irene Forestell; and her brothers, Reverend Terry Forestell and Paul Forestell.
She is survived by: her children, Bill, Michael (Lorrie), Joan (Gideon) and Sally Rogers (Jeff); her grandchildren, Emma (TC), Ewen (Sarah), Holly (Kyle), Jamie, Bailey, Mackenzie and Madison; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Ace, Emmalyn and Harper.
If so desired, memorial donations in memory of Barbara may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Port Colborne Marine and Heritage Museum.
