He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Patterson and Flossie Patterson; and his sister-in-law Maureen Fox. He is survived by: his wife Sonja; his son Christopher (Joanne); his grandchildren, Jamie and Meagan; his pets, Molly and Colby; his brother Dan Patterson (Rita Reed); and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Kozar (Karen), Dan Kozar (Diane) and Terry Kozar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
