She was predeceased by: her husbands, Raymond Madere and Douglas Cosby; her children, Gail Cosby and Glenn Cosby; her stepson Raymond Madere; her parents, Albert Jackson and Sophia Jackson; her stepfather Holsie Webber; and her siblings, Bob Jackson, George Jackson, Ronald Jackson, Donald Jackson, Marilyn Jackson and Betty Pulak.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Cosby Mitchell and Rene Madere; her daughter-in-law Joanne; and her stepchildren, Wayne Madere and Donna Collins. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
