He is survived by: his significant other Anne Shipp; his children, Lynda (Sterling), Jim (Tammy), Joanne (Dave), Cecil Jr. (Miki) and Max (Terry); his grandchildren, David (April), Beth-Ann (Matt), Bret, Cecil Jr., Josh, Crystal (Jamie), Brad, Theresa (Jose), Tyler, Jocelyne (Aaron) and Robert (Diane); his great grandchildren, Gavyn, Logan, Hunter, Emma, Ethan, Alex, Kurtis and Robert Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Sherry), Elizabeth (Mike), Ross and David; and his pet Diego.
