David Brooks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Brooks (Port Colborne, Ontario), who passed away on April 9, 2026, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Amber Dawn Brooks; his granddaughter Presley Marie Evink; his parents, Evelyn Mathews and James Brooks; and his mother-in-law Doris Liscombe.

He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Joel Brooks (Lyndsey), Noel Stefanopoulos (Kosta) and Courtney Evink (Tymen); his grandchildren, Jacob, Maddie, Deacon (Brooks), Preston and Greysen (Evink); his sisters, Evelyn Boyd (Steve) and Lori Brooks; and his close friend Mike Bishop.

We will be having a private grave side service, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in his memory.
