He was predeceased by: his wife Millie; his parents, George and Martha; his sisters, Cedella Hardy (Ralph) and Lorraine James; and his brother-in-law Mark Janes.
He is survived by: his child Bill O'Halloran (Suzanne); his stepchildren, Wendy Alek (Chris) and Gary Warren; his children, Riley Warren and Gavin Warren; his siblings, Melvin Harris (Barbara) and Thelma Janes; his brother-in-law Wallace James; and his nephew Kevin Hardy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
