He was predeceased by: his parents, Priscilla Menno and Joseph Menno. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy (Loretta), Barbara, Beth (Dave), Tom (Darlene) and James (Vanessa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as many close cousins.
In memory of Frank, donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or to Morgans Point United Church, and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
