He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis and Clara; and his siblings, Olive, Izle (Elgin), Eldon (Nora), Dorothy (Harold) and Norval (Dorothy).
He is survived by: his children, Katherine DeCicco (Tony) and Mike; his grandchildren, Mark Petryschuk, Christopher Petryschuk (Angie) and Lisa Petryschuk (Steve); his great grandchildren, Alissa, Anthony, Abigail, Emma, Michael and Sophia; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara (Len) and Ray (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
