He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacqueline Lafontaine and Emile Lafontaine; his brothers, Pierre (late Denise) and John (Julie); and his nephew David Lafontaine.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughters, Adrienne Kingston and Jamey Kingston (Kevin); his siblings, Pierette MacIntosh (late Bob), Bernie (Angie), Conrad (Deborah), Suzette Lemay (Noel), Clara Simpson (Stewart) and Gaetan (Sue); his siblings-in-law, George Siegfried, Jo Siegfried, Therese Parthemos (Jimmy), Barb Rody (Mike) and Sandra McNeill; and his godsons, Tyler Gingras and Dylan Crane. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
