He was predeceased by: his parents, John Polc and Mary Polc. He is survived by: his children, John and Steph Polc; his granddaughter Monica Chouinard; and his siblings, Nancy Johnson, Rose Garbutt (Doug), Sue Aylward (Dave) and Martin Polc (Barb).
